Offshore Wind Energy 2017 is co-organised by WindEurope and RenewableUK. Both non-profit associations organise numerous events: conferences, exhibitions, launches, seminars and workshops. These encourage the exchange of international experience on policy, finance and technical developments, and showcase the latest technology.

Both Associations run events that are designed for the industry by the industry. All event profits are recycled to support and promote the industry and the deployment of renewable energy.

WindEurope

WindEurope is the voice of the wind industry, actively promoting wind power in Europe and worldwide. It has over 450 members, active in over 50 countries, including wind turbine manufacturers with a leading share of the world wind power market, plus component suppliers, research institutes, national wind and renewables associations, developers, contractors, electricity providers, finance and insurance companies, and consultants.

WindEurope organises numerous regular events: conferences, exhibitions, launches, seminars and workshops. These encourage the exchange of international experience on policy, finance and technical developments, and showcase the latest technology.

RenewableUK

RenewableUK is the UK’s leading renewable energy trade association. It acts as a central point of information and a united representative voice for over 400 members, promoting the benefits of wind and marine renewables to Britain & Northern Ireland, conducting research, facilitating business development, and engaging with politicians and the media. RenewableUK has championed UK offshore wind for over 20 years.
