Registration fees

All fees below are listed in EURO and include 20% UK VAT.
WindEurope and RenewableUK reserve the right to amend the listed prices should the prevailing rate of VAT be increased or changed. If participants are found to be ineligible for the category and/or the discount under which they have registered, WindEurope and RenewableUK reserve the right to adjust the registration fees applied.

Conference & Exhibition

Registration fees for a 3-day Conference & Exhibition pass include: access to all conference sessions; access to the exhibition; access to the Opening reception; online access to the conference proceedings; coffee breaks.

Registration fees for a 1-day Conference & Exhibition pass include: access to the conference sessions on selected day; access to the exhibition on selected day; access to the Opening reception for Tuesday pass only; online access to the conference proceedings for Members only; coffee breaks for selected day.

Exhibition only

Registration fees for a 3-day Exhibition only pass include: access to the exhibition; access to the Opening reception; coffee breaks.

Registration fees for a 1-day Exhibition only pass include: access to the exhibition on selected day; access to the Opening reception for Tuesday pass only; coffee breaks for selected day.

¹ Member: Member registration fees are reserved exclusively for participants from companies that pay a direct membership fee to WindEurope or to RenewableUK for 2017.

² Academic/NGO/Non-Profit: In order to register under this category, you will be required to provide documentation of your institution/organisation’s status and of your full-time employment with that institution/organisation. This document must be uploaded during the registration process. If no document is uploaded, the registration cannot be processed.

³ Student: In order to qualify for a student registration, you will be required to provide documentation proving your full-time student status at the time of the event. A copy of a valid 2016-2017 student ID card or an official letter (in English) from your educational institution must be uploaded during the registration process. If no document is uploaded, the registration cannot be processed.

Social event

Gala reception takes place on Wednesday 7 June, 18.30 – 22.30, more information will follow.

Speaker/Poster Presenter registration

Speakers and poster presenters benefit from preferential registration fees. Invitation to register will be sent by the Conference Secretariat. If you register with the reduced fees and later cancel your presentation, WindEurope reserves the right to charge the full amount for your registration. Group registration

For a group registration, a minimum of 10 participants is required and the same fees as for individual participants apply. To qualify for a group registration, all passes must be purchased at the same time and paid in one transaction using one form of payment. Please note that participant’s contact details (full name, company name, address, country and e-mail address) are mandatory for the name list submission.

Valid only for the member and non-member registration categories.

• For every 10 Conference & Exhibition 3-day passes, you receive 2 free additional Conference & Exhibition 3-day passes.
• For every 10 Conference & Exhibition 1-day passes, you receive 2 free additional Conference & Exhibition 1-day passes.
• For every 10 Exhibition only 3-day passes, you receive 2 free additional Exhibition only 3-day passes.
• For every 10 Exhibition only 1-day passes, you receive 2 free additional Exhibition only 1-day passes.

Deadline to submit a group registration is 12 May 2017. From this date, registration should be handled on an individual basis through the individual registration form. To register a group, please contact the Registration Secretariat at [email protected].

Register as press
Free registration is available for accredited press members to cover Offshore Wind Energy 2017. A valid press card or an official letter of assignment will be required for all press accreditations. For more information click here.
