Exhibitor staff registration
All exhibitor staff working on your stand during the event must be registered in order to receive a name badge and have a proper access to the exhibition hall. All the registrations made via the exhibitor staff registration form will automatically have early access (08:00) to the exhibition hall.
How many free passes do you get with your stand?
- 1 free 3-day Exhibition only pass per 9m2 booked.
- 1 free 3-day Conference & Exhibition pass for up to 50m2 booked, plus 1 free 3-day Conference & Exhibition pass for each additional 50m2 booked.
How to redeem your free passes?
To redeem your free passes, go to the exhibitor staff registration form and register your staff using the specific discount codes (one code per free pass) we will send you by e-mail.
The registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You will have to register each staff member individually. So, feel free to distribute your discount codes to your staff so they could register themselves.
